Customers may purchase ready-made products available on the Debrog website.

All orders are subject to product availability. Debrog reserves the right to cancel or limit any order if stock is unavailable or if an error occurs in pricing or product information.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, the order will proceed for packing and delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠Custom Jerseys & Team Orders

Debrog also offers custom jersey production and team apparel services.

Customers placing custom orders must ensure that all design details are correct before final confirmation, including:

• Names

• Numbers

• Logos

• Colours

• Sizes

• Design layout

Once the design has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

Debrog shall not be responsible for any errors that were approved by the customer during the design confirmation stage.

4.⁠ ⁠Deposit & Payment

For custom jerseys, bulk orders, or team apparel orders, Debrog may require a deposit before production begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

Full payment must be completed before products are released for delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.

5.⁠ ⁠Production Timeline

Production timelines may vary depending on order quantity, design complexity, and production scheduling.

Estimated timelines provided are approximate and not guaranteed deadlines.

6.⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:

• The product received is defective due to manufacturing faults

• The incorrect item was delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Custom jerseys and personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
