Customers may choose one of the following delivery or collection methods during checkout.
1. Self Pickup (Debrog HQ)
Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our headquarters.

Customers will be notified once the order is ready for pickup. Please contact our admin before arrival to arrange the collection time.
2. Same Day Delivery (Lalamove)
Customers may request same-day delivery via Lalamove.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 hours, depending on driver availability and traffic conditions.
Delivery charges will be borne by the customer and will follow Lalamove’s standard delivery rates.
Our team will assist in arranging the Lalamove booking once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.
3. Domestic Shipping (J&T Express)
For nationwide deliveries within Malaysia, Debrog uses J&T Express courier service.
Shipping fees will follow J&T Express domestic shipping rates and will be calculated during checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 working days
• Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and logistics conditions.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to monitor the delivery status of your parcel.
Tracking information will be shared via the contact details provided during checkout.
Peak Season Notice
During promotion periods, festive seasons (such as Hari Raya), and peak demand periods, order processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
